Elleke Knibbe is a young adult currently living in, dancing, and eating her way through Chicago, Illinois. During the day, Elleke works writing grants and data-informed stories for an early education non-profit. Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Elleke has always been interested in community and education as tools for combatting centuries of inequity-based policy.
