Gabriela Carrion is a Houston native achieving her BFA in Photography and Digital Media. She has worked with double exposures in the past and hope to see it in in her new work. She takes photos of her city and the people around her. Right now, she is focusing on documenting her family’s history on her mother’s side and inherited land that has been passed down to her Dad from her Grandfather. She has started to experiment with incorporating relief by using her late grandparents as silhouettes and placing them into photos.
