My name is Deria Good and I’ve been doing art for the majority of my life. I’m inspired by everyday people and love painting them. I think it’s important to involve people in art because its a reflection of what we see everyday. For me, my art is for women and men poc. This is to see the beauty or to portray their qualities in a way that’s different. It enhances everyone’s perspective of what we find attractive or beautiful. Painting is used as a tool to get many to see their light and worth through different mediums and expressions.
